Product Description

Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C. The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C. This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool. Olet of socket welding is a kind of branch pipe table, which is widely used in foreign countries in recent years. Instead of the traditional branch pipe connection types such as reducing tee, reinforcing plate and strengthening pipe section, the spigot branch pipe table has the advantages of safety and reliability, reducing cost, simple construction, improving medium flow channel, series standardization, convenient design and selection, etc., especially in high pressure, high temperature, large diameter and thick wall pipes, it is increasingly widely used to replace the traditional branch pipe connection method. The body of the socket branch pipe table is made of high-quality forgings, and the material is the same as that of the pipe, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. The branch pipe and main pipe are welded, and the branch pipe table and branch pipe or other pipes (such as short pipe, wire plug, etc.), instruments, valves are connected by butt welding, socket welding, thread and other types.
